SkyRangersStuff and things; base layout Personnel:
Command:Commanding Officer: Grace Temperance (1st Grade Archmagus, Air Force, 29) A hardass, no-nonsense commander, Grace is adept with paperwork and logistics, and enjoys a smoothly running operation. She is also as skilled in combat as she is in penmanship, which is saying something. However, she greatly prefers the latter to the former. Her familiar is unknown, but appears to be some form of white-winged, predatory bird. Her personal Gear is a customized Seraphim bomber.
Second in Command: Lilia Black (2nd Wizard, Air Force, 22) Very close to Colonel Temperance, Lilia is much more hands on in leadership, and will often be found patrolling the base when not filing paperwork to be reviewed by the other officers. Her familiar is the white heron. Her personal Gear is a customized Trumpeter escort.
Air Commander: Lace McCloud (2nd Sorcerer Air Force, 20) Behind the showboating and bragging lies a tactical powerhouse and combat prodigy. With a surprisingly high synchronization rate, Captain Lace spent most of her early career testing Gears, but with recent LIARS attacks, she has chosen to take to the front lines. She seems to have a soft spot for Abyssals, but when it comes to LIARS forces, she is merciless. Oddly has almost no magical talent outside of Gears. Her personal Gear is a customized Zephyr-class fighter.
Sea Commander: Nelly Cougar (2nd Sorcerer Navy, 27) A keen mind for logistics and currents, Nelly has been key to keeping the base fully stocked and preventing major catastrophes from sabotage. Stuck on a base with no men whatsoever, Lieutenant Cougar may be on soft disciplinary measures. It seems like it's not affecting her too harshly, but she talks of shore leave quite often. Her familiar is the cassowary.
Base Chaplin: Shadea Shores (Shaman Ensign, Navy, 21) Stoic with a kind edge, Shadea and her voice have helped many clear their heads and focus on their lives. She seems to be stationed here as both a formality, and because of her sister, Oceana. Her familiar is the nurse shark. Her personal Gear is a custom Huba-class supplier.
Head Medical Officer: Oceana Shores (Shaman Ensign, Navy, 21) Strikingly different from her younger twin, Shadea, in appearance and personality at first glance. The two are more alike than one would think, however. Loud and full of odd humor, Oceana prefers everyone to be smiling, or at least not dwelling too hard on dark emotions. Her healing Witchery is top-notch, and may be under investigation for rumors of bringing back the dead. Her familiar is the nurse shark. Her personal Gear is a custom Bulo-class cruiser.
Communications:Kyouko Robinson (Army, E1, 13) Exceedingly loud, but strangely erudite. She speaks four languages and is a hard worker, even if she gets carried away. Prefers to work mornings. Excellent at repeating lines, memorizing tones and unfamiliar words with ease. Her familiar is the cocker spaniel.
Misty Lorelei (Air Force, E1, 14) Chipper with a beautiful singing voice, she prefers to work at night. Speaks three languages, but is a little lazy. Can recall conversations near perfectly, including unknown languages. Her familiar is the mocking bird.
Sarah Cochran (Army, E2, 16) Looks the youngest, but acts the most mature outside of Wendy. Kind and calm under all situations. She speaks four languages, and seems to be unable to work at night without falling asleep, no matter how much coffee is put into her. Her magic enables her to record all she sees and hears into a sprite that must stay near her, but can be played back easily.
Wendy Avery (Air Force, E5, 20) Business-like and aloof, she's surprisingly easy to work with, and highly patient with the younger crew. Speaks six languages, and works at all hours, seemingly with no sleep. She writes and types incredibly fast to make up for her only slightly above average ability to recall exact words. Her familiar is the crow.
Intelligence:Delilah Leyson (Army, E4, 19) Somewhat meek, she has a sharp mind and good eyes. She is excellent at stealth, and escape, which is what landed her in this position. Her (in)ability to do work is sometimes joked about. Her familiar is the lop-eared rabbit.
Edwin von Poppluskii IV (CVAC, 13) Just plain weird, she has almost zero magical talent, and is only the exception to the mobilization rule due to the fact she is the only one so far to be able to keep LIARS out of the base's systems with reliability.
Maintenance:Kihmberry O'Cannes (Army, E9, 35) Cool and aloof, but immensely brilliant, especially with weapon design and Combat-focused Witchery. Her hair is naturally white, and she's not that old, push the topic at your own risk. Her familiar is the cow.
Natalie Castle (Navy, E4, 17) A spunky gear-head that loves cobbling together pre-Invasion schematics. In love with past glories.
Rachel Flowers (Air Force, E2, 18) A feisty gear-head that loves putting things back together and making them work. Hates to see things in disrepair.
Selphy Titania (Air Force, E1, 14) A fiery gear-head that loves reinventing the wheel, the cheese grater, and the grill. Sometimes all at once.
Skyla Smith (Navy, E6, 22) The main engineer for the base's systems as a whole, she'll steal Rachel on the rare times she needs assistance. Surprisingly competent at her job, she shows almost no real life skills outside of electrical and mechanical engineering. Please don't ask her to work on your Gears. Her familiar is the raven.
Medical:Akane Toriko (Navy, E5, 19) Quirky and more than a bit demented, she also seems to be able to occupy multiple locations at once, though this isn't confirmed. Outside of Oceana herself, Akane is the most skilled medical Witch aboard, and is actually the most skilled in practical medicine.
Kelly Ton (Air Force, E4, 18) Highly skilled with healing Witchery, her aura is rather dark. She has an unhealthy fascination with both death and the undead. The fact her familiar is a vulture says much about her personality.
Monica Selene (Army, E1, 15) Calm, carnivorous, and careful, Monica is more skilled at combat than healing, and so usually is the first response to help secure and stabilize the fallen. The older twin to Sonya; both are unusually tall.
Sonya Selene (Army, E1, 15) Carnivorous and cheerful, Sonya is a novice with healing Witchery. Her being aboard does mean that the more skilled Witches aren't tied down with minor injuries, and she's quite happy with that. The younger twin to Monica, both are unusually tall.
Cats:The base cats are Bob, Bob II, Bob III: The Bobbening, Cruz, Dudley Doo-Doo, Killer, Miss Bob, Orlin, Princess Monster Truck, Tama, and Zenigata. More may or may not appear, as the only male is Miss Bob. Combat, DedicatedAvril White (Air Force, E1, 13) stuff
Elisa Tenneur (Air Force, E1, 18) stuff
Shelby Meyer (Air Force, E1, 15) stuff
